The application shall beo^ � <br /> uform prescribed for this purpose bythe director and shall be accompanied by: � <br /> (l) Afiling fee of$lO0per acre uptnnmaximum filing fee of$5,8OO. <br /> (2) Adeaori tiouoCtbeDroport�ioouDDoiuntdetuUtoHetorozineita | <br /> - } <br /> precise location. / <br /> (� � master �o�e��, a��iu�tbm agricultural project <br /> { <br /> ` ' / <br /> district boundaries and the land uses and acreage o{land involved. � <br /> (4) Adescription oftba proposed agricultural project district, including land uses, <br /> densities, infrastructural requirements, and developooeotstandards. <br /> (5) Adescription oyaucb of the open space areas proposed for the agricultural <br /> project district tbxooItnrul and/or environmental purposes, including th <br /> oae <br /> open space areas preserved because ofnatural hazards. <br /> (S) Ametes and bounds description of the property prepared by a surveyor. <br /> (7) A list o[the maooua, addresses and tax map key numbers for those property <br /> owners and lessees ofrecord of surrounding properties who are required to <br /> receive notice under section 25'2'4. <br /> (8) A County environmental report; provided that a County environmental report <br /> shall not kwrequired where moenvironmental impact statement oruu <br /> environmental assessment and negative declaration have been prepared and <br /> issued iucompliance with chapter 343, Hurvai'iRevised Statutes, as amended. <br /> (8) Any other plans or information required by rules adopted by the director in <br /> accordance with chapter 9l. f[mwxi'iRevised Statutes. <br /> (b) The applicant shall serve notice of the application for agricultural project district on <br /> surrounding owners and lessees of record xoprovided bysection 2S'2'4. The <br /> applicant shall also post a sign for public notification on the property as provided by <br /> section 25'2 I2. <br /> (o) Within one hundred twenty days after aoagricultural project diotriutapplicution <br /> has been accepted bythe director, the director shall forward the application tothe <br /> commission, together with the director's recommendation on the proposed <br /> agricultural project diatricLaodto#vtberwithmpropoaedugcionkorulproject <br /> district ordinance which establishes the agricultural project diatciotandprovidoe <br /> standards and conditions for the district, including permitted land uses, accessory <br /> naea, densities, boigb1a, setbacks, and variances from the requirements of this <br /> chapter, and from chapter 23 (subdivision control), if applicable, as contained in the <br /> nnuatar conceptual plan for the agricultural project district. <br /> 25-I42 <br />
