Mr. Hester died <br /> on August 8,2020,at which time his Trost became irrevocable. The Trust directs that the <br /> parcels be consolidated and resubdivided to provide for a forty (40)acre parcel for Mr.Hester's <br /> surviving spouse,whichwould include the residence,with the remaining acreage as one Marcel. <br /> Pursuant to my correspondence with Christian Kay, this letter is to regUest. that <br /> you initiate a zoning reversion back to Ag-20 fan the subject parcels. As far as can be <br /> determined, no conditions relating to the pending subdivision request have been completed, <br /> Other than the real properties,the Trust has no assets,and is financially unable to pursue the <br /> original subdivision.
