ee�t°f®s <br /> COTUNTY OF c ie e4STATE OF ,6■c <br /> •'F'P'S i Ni MO's'i*\\ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. .384 22 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRINGIAPPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION FOR THE RENTAL OF A PORTABLE BATHROOM FOR <br /> HONAUNAU BOAT RAMP. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation-maintains Honaunau Boat Ramp <br /> located at Honaunau Bay in South Iona; and <br /> WHEREAS, FIonaunau Boat Ramp and its surrounding area is utilized by residents and <br /> visitors to participate in variety of activities such as swimming, fishing, and snorkeling; however <br /> it lacks bathroom facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds for the rental of <br /> a portable bathroom, which will be placed in the public access area; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for the rental of portable bathroom for Honaunau Boat Ramp. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,500 <br /> Park Maint OCE <br /> 111 Rental/Lease of Equip <br /> (Honaunau Boat Ramp -portable bathroom) <br />
