JMtyf®U"UNTY OF i <br /> HAWAII HAWAIISTATE OF <br /> ,TF OF•Hr,�{ <br /> SOLUTION NO. 3 <br /> 92 22 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A <br /> NATION OF ONE (1) 2005 JEEP LIBERTY SPORT TO THE <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE. <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation Highways Division <br /> is donating one (1) 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport to County of Hawaii Department of Finance; and <br /> WHEREAS,this vehicle, valued at approximately $21,40715, will be utilized by the <br /> Department of Finance, Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division's Commercial Driver <br /> License staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter,provides that the <br /> council, on behalf of the county, may accept gifts of donations of money, securities, or other <br /> personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Finance recommends the acceptance of this donation; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br /> accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the County of <br /> Hawaii, accepts this donation. <br />
