COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAPI <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 418 22 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AN <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES FOR THE 2022 FOURTH OF JULY <br /> CELEBRATION IN HILO. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> supplies for the 2022 Fourth of July celebration at Nilo Bay; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funding will enable the Department of Parks and Recreation to continue <br /> a long-standing and highly-anticipated annual event; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase supplies for the 2022 Fourth of July celebration in Hilo. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> Culture & Education OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
