Kierkiewicz, via Communication No. 746 <br /> dated April 13, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 21-39, as amended, relating to public improvements and <br /> financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. <br /> This bill adds the Parks and Recreation Hawaiian Paradise Park District Park—Fair Share project <br /> ($235,000)to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from Fair Share funds and <br /> be used for costs associated with planning, design, and an environmental assessment. <br /> This measure was previously heard and postponed on May 3, 2022,due to Ms. Kierkiewicz's absence <br /> from the Committee meeting. <br /> Ms. Kierkiewicz provided the background and intent of the measure. <br /> Committee Member Susan L.K.
