The application originally requested an amendment to <br /> Condition F so as to deem having the Director's certification of the covenant to be recorded <br /> as being sufficient rather than having to wait for the recorded copy from the Bureau of <br /> Conveyances. <br /> In reviewing the existing condition, your staff accurately noted that the request is <br /> already noted in the existing language.
