The fair share contribution shall be adjusted annually by the [Hawaii C'ou ty] <br /> Planning Department, beginning three years after the effective date of this <br /> ordinance, based on the percentage change in the Honolulu Consumer Price <br /> Index [I4CPI)] H� CPI).
