BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> ESRI Software is currently utilized as the primary software for the Geographical Information System (GIS)for <br /> the County of Hawaii. <br /> The ESRI agreement provides unlimited GIS server components and configurations, unlimited desktop <br /> software &virtually unlimited ArcGIS online capabilities. <br /> The proposed 3-year contract term is set at a fixed annual rate of$165,000.00 for year 1, 2, & 3.
