i <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAFI STATE OF HAWAI'l <br /> $J'• kTNO*•*�� <br /> SOLUTION N . 433 22 <br /> i3 <br /> i <br /> RESOLUTION CREATING ONE (1) NEW CLERK 111 POSITION <br /> FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> I <br /> E <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department is in need of a Clerk III position to <br /> assist with the day-to-day operations in their Traffic Services Section; and <br /> WHEREAS, this position is necessary to develop and maintain the <br /> section's various programs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the position indicated above is one (1) Clerk III, SR-10; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Article V, Section 5-1.3(c) of the Hawaii County Charter <br /> states that the Mayor has the power to "Create positions...for which <br /> appropriations have been made by the council..."; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that one (1) Clerk 111, SR-10, position be created in the Police <br /> Department. <br />
