Sako via Communication No. 813 <br /> dated May 12, 2022, authorizes the Office of the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the <br /> University of Hawaii at Hilo. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year agreement to facilitate the Hawaii <br /> Island Recovery and Resilience Action Learning Initiative. <br /> Committee Member Ashley L.
