Proposed amendment to the HSAC bylaws regarding the <br /> process for HSAC endorsement of NACoand WIR 2nd Vice <br /> Presidential candidates <br /> CM Chock: There has been discussion about how to endorse and support these <br /> candidates. You may have seen this circulated in an email. <br /> CMKimball: The goal is to be transparent on the process and create a process for <br /> this approval. Discussion that it should be open to more of the membership rather <br /> than the EC only. Really the objective is to have something transparent so when we <br /> recommend an endorsement to a candidate it was due process. <br />
