REQUEST: <br /> To enter a.multi-year lease agreement for(60) months for a multi-function copier at the Fire Department's <br /> Administration office in Hilo. <br /> B, BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION jUSE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED) <br /> We would like the authorization of payment of funds for more than one fiscal year for a new copier lease for <br /> the Fire Departments Administration office in Hilo. The lease would be for(60) months. We are seeking the <br /> replacement of a multi-functional copier for the Hilo Administration office. The current copier was purchased <br /> on a (5) year lease agreement plan that has ended and therefore will be moved to Kona's Fire Prevention <br /> office A new leased multi-functional copier able to meet copying, printing, and scanning needs will improve <br /> the overall efficiency in the office. The total montly lease will cost approximately$194.00 per month <br /> including tax.
