Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending <br /> the FY 2022-23 Operating Budget by increasing the Real Property Taxes account by <br /> $65,000 and appropriating it to the Grants to Nonprofit Orgs account. These funds will be <br /> used to provide additional "grants-in-aid" awards to nonprofit organizations. <br /> We respectfully request that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and placed <br /> on the July 6, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite this process.
