The added traffic does contribute to a <br /> slight increase in overall intersection delay at the Mohouli Street/Komohana Street <br /> intersection, and because the overall intersection delay due to current and projected <br /> background traffic volumes at this intersection are near the threshold for LOS C, the <br /> slight increase in delay moves this intersection to LOS D, usually considered acceptable <br /> to urban peak hour conditions. <br /> A=COM 23 November 2020 <br />
