The subject property is located on the east <br /> (makai) side of Kilauea Avenue, approximately 180 feet north of its intersection with East <br /> Kahaopea Street, Waiakea Homestead House Lots, Waiakea, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council on the <br /> request. <br /> The draft bill is enclosed for your favorable consideration.
