Wastewater: There is no County sewer system servicing this area. The existing <br /> dwellings are served by DOH-approved cesspools. Solid Waste: There are no municipal waste collection services in the County. All solid <br /> waste generated by the subject property will require private disposal at the Hilo landfill. <br /> 19.
