Section 25-8-32, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ainaola, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Single-Family Residential— 15,000 square feet (RS-15): <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, being the northeast <br /> corner of Lot 30 of Waiakea Nani Estates and on the south side of Haihai Street, the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br /> Station"HALAI"being 16,040.81 feet South and 367.85 feet East, thence running by <br /> azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 2650 40' 930.78 feet along the south side of Haihai <br /> Street; <br /> 2. 280 58' 111.49 feet along the westerly side of <br /> Ainaola Drive; <br /> 3. 1190 41' 92.40 feet along Camp 5-A; <br /> 4. 290 41' 499.60 feet along Camp 5-A; <br /> -1- <br />
