The subject property is located on the east <br /> (mauka) side of the Hawai`i Belt Road (Highway 11) at its intersection with Ali`i Drive and <br /> Napo`opo`o Road, Ka'awaloa(Mauka), South Kona, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council for State <br /> • Land Use Boundary Amendment Application PL-SLU-2022-000004 based on the Planning <br /> Director's recommendation.
