The prefect sites straddle the east and crest sides of <br /> Lehua Street. north (inakai) of the Hawaii. Belt Road and south (mauka) of the Honoka`a Park <br /> Complex, portion of Papa'antli & Haina, Hamjl`ua. Hawaii . <br /> The Commission voted to approve the request based on the reasons given in the attached <br /> Findings Report. Approval of this request is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant(s), its successor(s), or assign(s) (`Applicant") shall be responsible <br /> for complying with all of the stated conditions of approval, <br /> 2. The effective slate of this Planned Emit Development (PUD) permit shall be the <br /> effective date of the approved ordinance generated by the concurrent change of <br /> zone request (PL-REZ-2022-0000?8). <br /> 3. The Applicant shall comply with all conditions of the approved ordinance <br /> generated by the concurrent charrre of zone request (PL-REZ-2022-000028). <br />
