The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer format with <br /> respect to the contents of Resolution No. 540-22, material to be added is underscored. <br /> 1. The title is amended to read as follows: <br /> "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO <br /> ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY <br /> ADMINISTRATION AND THE STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A GRANT TO THE <br /> OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT." <br /> 2. The first WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "WHEREAS, the Office of Management wishes to enter into an agreement with <br /> the Federal Highway Administration and the State of Hawaii Department of <br /> Transportation; and" <br /> 3. The second WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Administration and the State of Hawaii <br /> Department of Transportation has authorized federally-derived funds to be provided to <br /> the Office of Management for their Trek the Trails project; and" <br /> Comm.
