(REPORTING.) <br /> Please see below a proposed amendment to Bill No. 195, Draft 3. The proposed amendment is <br /> illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 195, Draft 3, (new <br /> material is underscored). <br /> SECTION 3 of Bill No. 195, Draft 3, is amended by amending subsection 7-1-4(b) to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "(b) The administrator shall report to the County council in August of every year, <br /> summarizing the previous fiscal year's actions to implement and update the various <br /> comprehensive emergency management plans.
