BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The lease for the current copier will expire in February 2023. It is necessary to enter into a lease agreement <br /> for a new copier to continue essential daily operations. <br /> The estimated lease cost is $91.00 per month for a sixty (60) month term. This estimate is based on an <br /> average monthly print volume of 2,848 pages.
