The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the <br /> contents of Resolution No. 562-22, where the material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken <br /> through, material to be added is bolded and underscored. <br /> 1. The title is amended to read as follows: <br /> "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE [ ] MAYOR TO ENTER <br /> INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL <br /> RELATIONS,PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7,FOR A WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND <br /> OPPORTUNITY ACT GRANT." <br /> 2.
