He is a graduate of <br /> Kamehameha Schools Maui, and earned his certification in Hospitality and Tourism <br /> Management from Florida Atlantic University and Pastoral Counseling from <br /> Southwestern Assemblies of God University. <br /> Mr. Andrion served on the County of Maui Fire and Public Safety Commission, Maui Nui <br /> State Board of Registration, and as Vice President of the Maui Filipino Chamber of <br /> Commerce, and Maui Filipino Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
