COUNTY OF G * * STATE A 4 <br /> ATE OF•HF'�® <br /> RESOLUTION NO. drt 22 <br /> RESOLUTION U I ING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER <br /> FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR <br /> MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES TO INSPECT AND <br /> IDENTIFY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR REQUIREMENTS OF LAND <br /> MOBILE RADIO SITE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CIVIL DEFENSE <br /> AGENCY <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease <br /> or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal <br /> year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into a three (3) year multi-year <br /> agreement for services to inspect and identify maintenance requirements of Land <br /> Mobile Radio (LMR) site infrastructure owned by the County of Hawaii; and <br /> WHEREAS, the LMR site infrastructure,.which includes towers, equipment sheds, <br /> access roads, and security systems currently does not have regular service or <br /> maintenance; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a well maintained infrastructure system is essential in providing <br /> uninterrupted services for First Responder radio communication; now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a three (3) year <br /> agreement for the services as described above, for the Civil Defense <br /> Agency. <br />
