oJ�tvooF k?k <br /> LINTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 1pt.OF•H+.� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 57 9 26 2 <br /> RESOLUTION CREATING ONE (1) NEW HUMAN <br /> RESOURCES PROGRAM SPECIALIST POSITION FOR THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources is in need of a <br /> Human Resources Program Specialist in the Recruitment and Examinations <br /> Division to assign recruitments to staff, review job postings, supervise staff <br /> and perform higher level recruitments; and <br /> WHEREAS, this position is necessary to allow the Human Resources <br /> Manager II to focus on larger recruitment projects; and <br /> WHEREAS, the position indicated above is one (1) Human <br /> Resources Program Specialist, SR-24; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article V, Section 5-1.3(c) of the Hawaii County Charter <br /> states that the Mayor has the power to "Create positions...for which <br /> appropriations have been made by the council..."; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that one (1) Human Resources Program Specialist, SR-24, <br /> position be created in the Department of Human Resources. <br />
