At-risk of homelessness data to include <br /> 1. Number of youth who will age out of foster care <br /> 2. Number of individuals who will re-integrate from incarceration <br /> 3. Number of individuals receiving unemployment benefits <br /> 4. Number of Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed [ALICE] <br /> households <br /> 5. Average cost of rent vs average household income,by council district <br /> 6. Total number of households on the Section 8 waitlist <br /> 7.
