REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: October 4, 2022 Re: Comm.No. 1015/Bill No. 217 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 217,reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 217,transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako via Communication No. 1015 dated <br /> September 16, 2022, as amends Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants—Hawai`i County Police Department 2023 Special <br /> Traffic Enforcement Patrol Grant account($574,234); and appropriates the same to the Hawaii County <br /> Police Department 2023 Special Traffic Enforcement Patrol Grant account.
