Additional Comments about Grant: The County was successful in receiving FTA Section 5311 to cover <br /> transit operational costs as well as the Transit Program Manager, Accountant I, Transit Maintenance <br /> Manager, Mobility Coordinator and Secretary I for the Mass Transit Administrator. <br /> The Formula Grants for Rural Areas Program(49.
