2. SECTION 3 of Bill No. 212 is amended to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 3. Chapter 15, article 8, section 15-68.1 of the Ilawai`i County <br /> Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by amending the parks <br /> recreational facility schedule, "Puna" section by renaming the "Pdhoa District Park" <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "William [cW] `Billy„Kenoi District Park <br /> (1) Ginny Aste Skate Park <br /> (2) Pdhoa Aquatic Center <br /> (3) Pahoa Neighborhood Facility"" <br /> Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a draft copy of this bill that would result if these <br /> proposed amendments are adopted, is not attached. <br /> Mahalo. <br /> AKJj s <br /> 2 <br />
