Sako via Communication No. 1039 dated <br /> September 30, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, relating to public improvements and <br /> financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill adds the Planning Kona Open Space Network Plan—Fair Share project($250,000)to the <br /> Capital Budget.
