Sako via Communication No. 1041 dated <br /> September 30, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants—State Homeland Security Program Fiscal Year <br /> 2018 account ($26,057.96); and appropriates the same to the State Homeland Security Program Fiscal <br /> Year 2018 account. The funds would be used by the Civil Defense Agency for its Hilo Emergency <br /> Operations Center Enhancement Project. <br /> Committee Member Susan L. K. Lee Loy asked for clarification on the year account as it is for fiscal <br /> year 2018.
