Chung via Communication No. 1050 dated <br /> October 10, 2022, amends Chapter 19, Article 13, Section 19-104 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 edition, as amended),relating to Real Property Solar Water Heater Tax credit. <br /> This bill eliminates eligibility for the tax credit when the installation of a solar water heater is required <br /> by law and increases the tax credit from $300 to $400. <br /> Mr. Chung briefly explained the intent of this bill.
