Roth, dated September 27, 2022, <br /> submitting for the Council's review and confirmation the nomination of Dell Otsuka to the <br /> Environmental Management Commission,pursuant to Section 6-10.5 of the Hawaii County <br /> Charter. <br /> A motion to move Communication No. 1034 to full Council with a positive recommendation was <br /> made by Council Member Heather Kimball; seconded by Council Member Ashley Kierkiewicz. <br /> Pomaika`i Bartolome, Executive Assistant to Mayor Roth, introduced nominee Otsuka to Your <br /> Committee and shared of her outstanding employment service on Hawaii Island and her <br /> willingness to serve on such an important commission as a resident of Keaukaha representing <br /> Council District 3.
