It <br /> appears that the COG Commission is requesting similar information that is being looked at as part of their <br /> assessment. Attached is a copy of the Project Charter which details the work being conducted. We <br /> expect to have the results of the assessment oniby September 15,2022.(Please note—MD Lee Lord has <br /> requested that if the Project Charter document be made public further than the Commission that he he <br /> contacted prior to the release) <br /> We kindly request that the COG commissioners allow us the lime to work with the consultant in <br /> completing their assignment.
