Section <br /> 4.5.8.8 is added to read as follows: ' <br /> i <br /> "4.5.8.8 The AHJ is authorized to witness any maintenance, or test of a portable <br /> fire extinguisher, fire protection system, and fire alarm system by a certificate of 3 <br /> fitness holder to determine if the maintenance or test meets the minimum <br /> requirements set forth by this code, applicable rules, and statutes." <br /> [2018 HSFC: 26] <br /> : <br /> i <br /> (26) Owner/occupant responsibilities of unsafe buildings. Section 10.8.2.1 is amended by <br /> amending paragraph (7) to read as follows: <br /> "(7) Posting of emergency evacuation diagrams and other items required by the <br /> AHJ." Sections <br /> 10.10.1, 10.10.1.1, 10.10.1.2, 10.10.1.3, and 10.10.1.4 are deleted in their <br /> entirety and replaced with sections 10.10.1 and 10.10.1.1 to read as follows: <br /> i <br /> 3 <br /> "10.10.1 Agricultural Burning. See Department of Health, Clean Air Branch, <br /> regulation of fires for agricultural burning. <br /> (1) Except for closed incinerators approved by the state health department, <br /> private incineration is prohibited by state health laws. Clearance by the <br /> state health department for, and notification of, all agricultural fires either <br /> by telephone or written notice shall be on file with the AHJ before these <br /> fires are permitted. <br /> 3 <br /> (2) For fire safety regulations, see county requirements and 10.10.1.1." <br /> i <br /> 10 <br />
