11.2 INSURANCE <br /> The District Association shall also obtain and maintain in force insurance against liability arising <br /> out of an act or omission of the District Association or its District Board, directors, officers, or <br /> employees in executing this District Plan or otherwise performing the duties of the District. The <br /> District Board with the concurrence of the County shall have the authority to determine what <br /> level of insurance coverage is sufficient for the District Association. This subsection shall not be <br /> construed as preventing the District Association from obtaining and maintaining in force other <br /> classes or types of insurance. <br /> 10 <br />
