The following is a summary of the <br /> I <br /> work being conducted by the Executive Director, Nahelani Parsons. <br /> i <br /> 1. HSAC conference: ED attended the HSAC conference. Meeting with the <br /> conference to reconcile the accounts between the golf fundraiser and the 3 <br /> conference on Monday October 24, 2022. <br /> 2. Treasury Update: Executive Director is submitting a request to the <br /> Treasurer's office to establish a weekly meeting to move forward on the <br /> Quickbooks and treasurers policy and reconciliation process. These will <br /> continue indefinitely until the accounting is fully up to date and a new policy <br /> 3 <br /> is established. Meeting has been scheduled for Friday October 28, 2022 at 11 <br /> 3 <br /> am to review the online payment and documentation process with the 3 <br /> i <br /> Treasurer's team and President's team. <br /> 3. Legislative Update: Jon Okudara to provide an update on any legislative <br /> items. Friendly reminder to counties about the legislative timeline, included <br /> below. <br /> o November 23, 2022—Deadline for the Counties to approve the <br /> proposed 2023 HSAC Legislative Package and report back to HSAC. <br /> o December 15, 2022 (tentative date) — Schedule HSAC Executive <br /> Committee Meeting to approve the final 2023 HSAC Package. <br /> 4. General Administrative Duties: ED has been working on fundraising <br /> ideas for future budgets, including looking into corporate sponsorship <br /> i <br /> programs, as well as website sponsors, educational seminars, as well adding <br /> a luncheon or breakfast event in addition to the current conference and golf <br /> tournament. <br /> 5.
