M21 23 <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING <br /> APPROPRIATION U N FROM THE DESIGNATED <br /> ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED <br /> ACCOUNT <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution Number 329-22, approved by the Council of the <br /> County of Hawaii on March 9, 2022 transferred an appropriation of$2,500 <br /> from Contingency Relief funds to the Department of Liquor Control; and <br /> WHEREAS, this appropriation was to be utilized to award a grant to We <br /> Are Oceania, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to provide essential school <br /> supplies and miscellaneous items for 500 public school students; and <br /> WHEREAS, the grant agreement with We Are Oceania could not be <br /> executed within the required timeframe; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Liquor Control now wishes to transfer the <br /> appropriation back to the County of Hawai'i's General Fund; now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set <br /> forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $ 2,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: 010.251.5251.39 Liquor Control/Public Programs <br /> CREDITED TO: 010.911.5911.24 Sundry Refund <br />
