The five(5) year <br /> sublease with Men's Shop, Inc., for 3,000 square feet of warehouse space is located at 210 <br /> Maka`ala Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, TMK: (3) 2-2-060-016, for approximately$1,953 per <br /> month. <br /> I would like to request that this resolution be waived from Committee and placed on the January <br /> 25, 2023, Council agenda in order to expedite this agreement.
