(25) Authorization to witness maintenance, inspection, and testing. Section 4.5.8.8 is added to read as follows: "4.5.8.8 The AHJ is authorized to witness any maintenance, or test of a portable fire extinguisher, fire protection system, and fire alarm system by a certificate of fitness holder to determine if the maintenance or test meets the minimum requirements set forth by this code, applicable rules, and statutes." [2018 HSFC: 26] (26) Owner/occupant responsibilities of unsafe buildings. Section 10.2.4 is amended by adding the following sentence at the end of the section: "For abatement of unsafe buildings, see chapter 5, the construction administrative code." [2018 HSFC: 27] (27) On-premises fire-fighting organization fire reporting. Section 10.6.1.2 is amended to read as follows: "10.6.1.2 Facilities that have established on-premises fire-fighting organizations and have coordinated and arranged procedures approved by the AHJ, shall notify the fire department in accordance with the approved plan." Section 10.8.2.1 is amended by amending paragraph (7) to read as follows: "(7) Posting of emergency evacuation diagrams and other items required by the AHJ." [2018 HSFC: 29] (29) Open flames, candles, open fires, and incinerators permits. Sections 10.10.1, 10.10.1.1, 10.10.1.2, 10.10.1.3, and 10.10.1.4 are deleted in their entirety and replaced with sections 10.10.1 and 10.10.1.1 to read as follows: "10.10.1 Agricultural Burning. See Department of Health, Clean Air Branch, regulation of fires for agricultural burning. (1) Except for closed incinerators approved by the state health department, private incineration is prohibited by state health laws. Clearance by the state health department for, and notification of, all agricultural fires either by telephone or written notice shall be on file with the AHJ before these fires are permitted. (2) For fire safety regulations, see county requirements and 10.10.1.1." 10
