(82) Required access. Section 18.2.3.1.3 is amended to read as follows: <br /> "18.2.3.1.3 The provisions of 18.2.3.1 through 18.2.3.2.2.1 shall be permitted to <br /> be modified by the AHJ where any of the following conditions exists: <br /> (1) Not more than two one- and two-family dwellings protected by an approved <br /> automatic sprinkler system in accordance with Section 13.1; <br /> (2) Not more than two existing one- and two-family dwellings; <br /> (3) Private garages having an area not exceeding 1000 ft2; <br /> (4) Carports having an area not exceeding 1000 ft2; <br /> (5) Agricultural buildings having an area not exceeding 1000 ft2; and <br /> (6) Sheds and other detached buildings having an area not exceeding 1000 ft2." <br /> [2018 HSFC: 83] <br /> (83) Fire department access road widths. Section 18.2.3.5.5.1 is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "18.2.3.5.5.1 When a bridge or culvert is required to be used as part of a fire <br /> apparatus access road, it shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with <br /> county requirements."
