Sako,via Communication No. 58 dated <br /> January 5, 2023, amends Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and <br /> Financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. <br /> I <br /> This bill adds the Mass Transit Bus Stop ADA(American With Disabilities Act) Compliance— SP&R <br /> (State Planning and Research) Federal project($162,556) and the Kailua-Kona Maintenance Facility— <br /> SP&R Federal project($295,200)to the Capital Budget. Funds for these projects shall be provided from 3 <br /> the Federal Grants Receivable. <br /> i <br /> Committee Member Susan L. K.
