Discussion will also include the impacts such wastewater <br /> upgrades will have on the 55,000 cesspool owners in Hawaii County, and CCWG's <br /> recommendations for state legislation, costs, and options for conversion and financing. <br /> The Cesspool Conversion Working Group (CCWG)presented its final report to the State <br /> Legislature pursuant to Act 170, Session Laws of Hawaii 2019.
