Discussion and consideration of the HSAC Executive Committee slate <br /> of officers for the term beginning January 1, 2023. <br /> CM Paltin: Support instituting a rotation on roles and supportive of the conference <br /> host being the Vice President so they can focus on that role. <br /> CM Kimball: Agree a rotation makes sense, one of the arguments against it was that <br /> depending on the available staff and having them available made a big difference. <br /> Would prefer the HSAC President to be someone who has served on HSAC before. <br /> Item deferred to December meeting. <br /> ED.Reminder about the timeline in the Bylaws. Prior to January 10, each council <br /> shall pass a resolution to appoint an Officer and an Alternate. Prior to January 31, <br /> the four appointees have to provide a slate of officers to each of the counties. <br /> VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> a.
