The postponement was to enable the applicant to discuss the concerns raised <br /> by members of your Committee with you. <br /> In that regard, we thank you for your time to meet with me and my consultant yesterday. <br /> As a result, we have taken all comments to heart and will digest them in the hope of presenting <br /> something for your and the Committee's consideration at a future Committee meeting. <br /> However,we don't believe that it can be done prior to or at the February 23 meeting. <br /> Accordingly,we respectfully request that this matter be deferred. While we hope that we <br /> can present something to you in time for the matter to be agendized for your March 7 meeting, in <br /> the event we cannot, we thought it best that the deferral be"subject to the call of the chair."
