Roth, dated January 20, 2023, <br /> requests the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of David R. Greenwell to the <br /> Liquor Commission. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Pomaika`i Bartolome was present in the Council Chambers <br /> and introduced Mr. Greenwell, who was also present in Chambers. <br /> Pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 3, Section 7-3.2 of the Hawai`i County Charter, members of the <br /> Liquor Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication No. 74, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br /> David R.
