SYNOPSIS <br /> On December 5, 12 and 19, 2016 and February 18 and 19, 2019, the Office of Housing <br /> and Community Development published a Public Notice informing property owners that <br /> the OHCD was accepting proposals for the Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program. <br /> Through Request For Proposal process, Kaloko Heights Affordable was awarded 50 <br /> vouchers in 2016 and 25 vouchers in 2019 projects. <br /> OHCD is requesting authorization for the Mayor to enter into a multi-year agreement <br /> with property owners or property managers of the selected Project-Based Voucher <br /> projects. Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease or other <br /> obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal year or of <br /> more than one fiscal year, be approved by resolution. <br />
