Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing <br /> Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, is hereby amended by establishing the program <br /> appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds which <br /> are in the following accounts of the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> 2271.26 Fuel Tax Increase 96-98 $ 13,762.13 <br /> 2271.27 Fuel Tax Increase 98-00 $ 85.02 <br /> 2271.32 Fuel Tax Increase 08-10 $ 140,044.00 <br /> 2271.33 Fuel Tax Increase 10-12 $ 11,602.46 <br /> 2271.34 Fuel Tax Increase 12-14 $ 457,817.57 <br /> 2271.35 Fuel Tax Increase 14-16 $ 762,899.88 <br /> 2271.36 Fuel Tax Increase 16-18 $ 132,795.60 <br /> 2271.37 Fuel Tax Increase 18-20 $ 0.01 <br /> TOTAL: $1,519,006.67 <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other <br /> provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
